About the Team

The Secure Networking Team is a business-side unit of experts focused on enabling Secure Networking (SN) products, such as SD-LAN/WiFi and underlay connectivity, for large Deutsche Telekom B2B enterprise customers as part of the Allegro Program.

The team bridges product owners with delivery and IT organizations, defining required capabilities, ensuring development, and coordinating delivery of interconnected Secure Networking products using an agile, interdisciplinary approach to drive alignment, speed, and quality across stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Product ownership: Oversee IT products and services within the Offer, Order & Billing environment
• Project management: Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, tracking, and closure of projects
• Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, stakeholders, IT architects, development teams, and external partners
• Coordination: Manage multiple streams, dependencies, risks, and priorities
• Reporting: Create and maintain status, progress, and management reports
• Quality & timeline assurance: Ensure project goals, quality standards, budgets, and deadlines are met
• Networking & coordination: Facilitate cross-team and cross-country collaboration within the corporate environment
• Strategic support: Assist in product planning, roadmaps, and strategic decision-making

Your Qualifications

• More than 6 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
• Proven success managing complex IT projects
• Strong understanding of offer, order, and billing processes, ideally in a telco environment
• Experience with traditional and hybrid project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management, moderation, and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with IT systems such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and strong MS Office skills
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Fluent in both English and German – working languages required daily

• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures confidently
• Resilience and strong prioritization skills for managing multiple topics simultaneously
