Our Marine & Energy team specializes in helping shipping companies, crewing agencies, and offshore operators modernize their crew travel solutions. As we expand further into the German market, we are looking for a passionate, German-speaking Sales Executive with strong maritime connections to join us.

🔍 What You'll Do

  • Lead Sales in Germany: Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and product demos to negotiations and closing deals with maritime clients.
  • Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing relationships within the German maritime industry to identify new opportunities and expand our reach.
  • Be the Face in Hamburg: Represent C Teleport at meetings, conferences, and networking events throughout the Hamburg region.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your sales pipeline and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Drive Results: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets and contribute to our growth in the region.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Language Skills: C2/native-equivalent proficiency in German and fluent English.
  • Location: Based in the Hamburg region.
  • Maritime Network: Strong existing connections within the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services).
  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in maritime, SaaS, or travel domains.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Comfortable working remotely within an international, results-driven team.

💼 What We Offer

  • Compensation: Base salary up to approximately €55,000/year gross with an EOR contract.
  • Performance-Based Earnings: On-target earnings (OTE) between €100,000 and €120,000/year.
