About the Role

This position is designed for individuals adept at navigating the German market, engaging with high-potential companies—including possible future unicorns—in a tech-oriented environment. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying growth opportunities and advocacy within our customer base.

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for digital marketing.
  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell our services.
  • Understand customer objectives and craft tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Design and implement strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and sustainable growth.
  • Drive increases in ad spend and upsell campaign services.
  • Create, maintain, and regularly update a comprehensive customer database.
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone outreach.

Requirements ✅

  • BA/BS degree (Master's in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in German and English at C2 level.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, especially in client-facing roles and high-stakes environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
  • Strong experience in managing customer relationships and enhancing CRM systems for business outcomes.
  • Regular use of AI tools to personalize outreach and interpret insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with active contribution to team success.
  • Strong presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, confident, and determined.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Solid business acumen with market trend analysis skills.
  • Competence in competitor analysis and strategic positioning.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Understanding of the German market, including cultural and business practices.

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems in Germany and ability to position Google Ads solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with ROI management and platform integrations.
