Your Role at SIXT

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience with every interaction
• Communicate confidently and empathetically with customers in Dutch and English
• Analyze customer requests, identify needs, and offer effective solutions
• Adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactively anticipate customer needs while maintaining a service-oriented mindset
• Work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and nights

Your Skills Matter

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but a natural talent for assisting customers is essential
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
• Communication: Enjoy engaging with partners and customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and empathy
• Problem-solving: Respond quickly to new situations with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• IT Skills: Confident using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
