• Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding digital marketing and SEO services
• Assist clients with inquiries related to service offerings, campaign management, and performance analytics
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure timely response and resolution of client inquiries
• Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and SEO

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or SEO, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for digital marketing and helping clients achieve their goals
