Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and live chat in German. 📞✉️💬
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and provide information about available services.
• Resolve issues or complaints related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Stay updated on promotions, travel trends, and company policies to provide accurate and current information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM software is a plus.
