Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Assist customers with inquiries related to sports betting, including account management, betting options, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in German
• Provide guidance on using the sports betting platform, explaining features, odds, and betting rules
• Handle complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and promote responsible betting
• Stay informed about sports events, betting trends, and platform updates to deliver relevant information to customers

Requirements ✅

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
