• Assist customers in resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
• Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective resolutions and improve service quality
• Stay informed about Booking.com’s services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and current information

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
