About This Role

We are hiring a German-speaking content writer to develop long-form, high-quality articles in Standard German (Hochdeutsch) tailored for our B2B SaaS clients. This freelance position involves collaboration with our editorial team to produce well-researched, captivating, and SEO-friendly content that delivers real results. Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality, long-form content across diverse B2B, SaaS, and technical subjects in fluent Standard German.
• Conduct comprehensive research to understand client products, audiences, and industry insights.
• Use internal briefs to structure and outline articles effectively.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating keywords naturally without sacrificing readability or quality.
• Cite credible sources, statistics, and examples to substantiate arguments and enrich narratives.
• Match the writing style to the tone and voice of various client brands.
• Collaborate with editors to revise and improve content based on feedback.
• Meet deadlines consistently and communicate proactively about your progress, questions, or blockers.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Standard German (Hochdeutsch).
• A skilled writer with 2–3 years of experience creating content for marketing, SEO, or B2B brands.
• Knowledgeable in SEO fundamentals and balancing reader engagement with search engine requirements.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Receptive to feedback and a collaborative team player.

Portfolio Requirement

Please submit 3–5 samples of your written work in Standard German. Of these, at least 2 should focus on B2B, SaaS, or technical topics. Older samples are acceptable if accompanied by recent work.
