About the Role

We are hiring German and English-speaking customer support agents to work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria, providing excellent service for an international company.

Position Details

• Languages: German (B2+) and English (B2+)
• Location: Fully remote, anywhere in Bulgaria
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 21:00 (8-hour shifts)
• Contract: Permanent with full benefits (including paid leave, social security, and medical insurance)
• Start Date: March 28, or April/May 2025
• Communication Channels: Phone and Email
• Salary: 3,000 BGN per month + bonus
