Your Role as a Customer Advisor 💼

• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines for customers;
• Maintain accurate data input of inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database;
• Handle and log client complaints in accordance with the company's escalation policy;
• Ensure timely resolution of support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs, logging interactions appropriately;
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
• Provide recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements for the Customer Advisor ✅

• High School Diploma or Higher
• Native/Fluent German language skills
• Proficiency in English, C1 level
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute
• Active Listening skills
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities
