About the Role
As a Client Service Analyst within the Commercial Bank, you will be central to providing operational support and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your work involves addressing client inquiries, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to refer services based on client needs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support by handling client inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve non-routine problems by applying your knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs and market trends.
- Use probing questions to accurately assess inquiries and requests.
- Ensure transaction accuracy and maintain data integrity.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt to change and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Identify common issues and provide straightforward solutions.
- Work with multiple applications including MS Windows and Office seamlessly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in German language (written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of client service operations, including transaction processing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to apply policies and procedures to resolve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills with proficient probing techniques.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Accurate transaction processing with an emphasis on data integrity.
- Competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications & Capabilities
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, sales, or portfolio management, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Fast and versatile learner with ability to absorb new industry, technical, or company knowledge.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Professional demeanor adaptable to evolving situations and needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Work Hours: 3PM/4PM - 12MN/1AM Manila Time, Monday to Friday
