What You Will Do 📝

• Serve as the initial contact point for our internationally focused middle market clients
• Collaborate closely with German clients doing business in the USA on diverse projects
• Participate in audits or reviews of annual financial statements following US GAAP, HGB, and IFRS standards
• Manage audit teams independently and proactively
• Work with tax consultants across disciplines
• Offer clients advice on international transactions, including design and implementation
• Utilize unlimited training resources for ongoing professional development 🎓
• Engage in cross-boundary thinking and contribute to business development initiatives
• Support candidates preparing for the US CPA exam

What You Need To Bring 🎯

• A completed degree in business management, economics, or a similar field
• German Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred
• 4-5+ years of professional experience in assurance services
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• A strong team player with leadership and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of German HGB and international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP)
• Client-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills
• Confidence, logical reasoning, and collaborative spirit

Compensation 💰

For positions in Boston, Chicago, Manhattan, Denver, and other metropolitan areas, the base salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 annually. Exact compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
