Role Overview

We are seeking a Generative AI Specialist to join our community as part of our Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Demand program. This is a part-time, remote, flexible, project-specific opportunity designed for individuals eager to make a meaningful impact on AI technology—on their own terms. Whether you are a writer, linguist, educator, researcher, or a language enthusiast, this role offers you the chance to contribute to the development of largescale language models (LLMs) that learn not just language, but reasoning and thought processes.

What You’ll Own

• Rating and assessing the performance of AI models or algorithms based on their output.
• Labeling content elements rather than entire pieces to assist model training.
• Assigning categories or labels to data items to facilitate understanding.
• Evaluating content quality and appropriateness.
• Generating labels to deepen understanding of concepts or trends.
• Creating additional training data by transforming images, texts, or audio/video signals to enhance dataset diversity.
• Reviewing data to ensure product features function as intended per project guidelines.
• Labeling model outputs to identify content types (e.g., clickbait, gaming videos, branded content).
• Ordering or ranking items based on specific criteria.
• Creating prompts or questions for AI systems to generate responses.
• Evaluating content relevance using scale-based assessments.
• Generating responses through AI models to prompts or questions.
• Rewriting texts for clarity, style, and guideline adherence.
• Summarizing data or lengthy texts.
• Transcribing audio or spoken language into written form.
• Translating between languages.
• Gathering and compiling diverse data types (text, images, videos, audio) for training and evaluation purposes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities field required; advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) strongly preferred.
• Language proficiency: Professional or expert-level proficiency (C1/C2) in both English and Turkish.

Compensation & Policies

The expected hourly salary range for this position is $15 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
