We are seeking a Polish-speaking Business Development Specialist to identify and establish contacts with key importers and distributors in the Polish food and retail sector. This role supports high-quality Italian producers aiming to enter or expand within the Polish market. 🇵🇱✨

Scope of Work

Market Mapping

• Identify the top 15–20 distributors/importers in Poland handling Mediterranean or premium international brands.

Stakeholder Identification

• Find direct contact information (Email/LinkedIn) for Category Managers, Purchasing Specialists, or Commercial Directors at these companies.

Requirements

Language Skills

• Native or C2 level Polish; fluent in English.

Experience

• Proven track record in FMCG, retail sourcing, or B2B lead generation within Poland.
• Not entry-level candidates are acceptable.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with Polish retail chains such as Biedronka, Dino, Żabka, Eurocash, etc.
• Understanding of small shops and their procurement processes.

Deliverables

Provide a comprehensive Google Sheet or Excel file containing:

• Company Name & Website
• Decision Maker Name & Title
• Verified Business Email & LinkedIn Profile
• A brief note on why they are a good fit for Italian imports
