About the Role

We are seeking professional Italian voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech. Your work will help make AI voices sound more natural, expressive, and human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity — no AI or voice cloning experience needed, just a commanding Italian voice, professionalism, and keen attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-fidelity Italian voice performances using provided scripts and prompts 🎤
• Listen to and evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, accuracy, and expressiveness 👂
• Provide structured and thoughtful feedback to enhance synthesized voice quality ✍️
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver 📝
• Work independently and asynchronously, setting your own schedule 🗓️

Qualifications

• Full fluency in spoken Italian (native or near-native) 🇮🇹
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related audio work 🎧
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled environment 🎙️
• Engaging, expressive, and articulate vocal delivery consistently 💬
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity 👂
• Attention to detail in audio quality and natural speech patterns 🔍
