We're seeking an immediate-start General Virtual Assistant to help streamline our operations and support our global mission of building world-class teams. If you have a passion for organization, communication, and technology, this could be your next exciting career move!

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Store and organize documents and files
  • Data Entry: prepare lead lists, meeting minutes, transcribe audio recordings, process payroll info, and organize research notes
  • Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples
  • Manage marketing and sales campaign data through CRM systems
  • Create/send statements or invoices, track payments, and record expenses
  • Collect data on industry trends and prepare analytical reports
  • Monitor projects, facilitate internal communication, and organize company data
  • Coordinate team calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts, and prepare for meetings
  • Arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and rental cars
  • Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and conduct informational inquiries
  • Manage emails, follow-up on correspondence, and organize inboxes as per client preferences
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

🎯 Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Willingness to work on a graveyard shift
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP systems
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendar management (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (both at an expert level)
  • Proactive, trainable, and eager to grow

💻 Technical Requirements

  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam in working condition
  • Computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
