What You'll Be Doing 📝

• Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments
• Scheduling appointments with care and accuracy
• Answering phone calls, ensuring callers feel heard and helped
• Setting up treatment rooms — bonus points if you can untangle cords like a magician! 🎩
• Assisting our talented physical therapists
• Keeping the positive energy flowing throughout the office

Must-Haves ✔️

• Bilingual in Mandarin & English — non-negotiable!
• Availability during the following hours:
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
