About the Role 📋

The company is seeking a Japanese Fluent General Counsel, Senior In-House Counsel, or Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will:

• Engage in a variety of practice areas, including labor and employment, corporate counsel, and litigation.
• Possess a strong legal background with an active, in-good-standing bar license.
• Deliver exceptional work directly with partners and clients.
• Support multiple practice groups with adaptability and professionalism.

This role values flexibility, professionalism, and long-term commitment. Fluency in Japanese — speaking, reading, and writing — is essential.
