🌟 Job Title: Gaming Support Agent
Location: Fully Remote (Available from APAC)
📝 About the Role
As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA, you'll be the frontline in assisting players from an assigned game studio. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting account and technical issues, resolving purchase and gameplay queries, and ensuring players continue enjoying their favorite games.
You will collaborate with a team of agents led by a Team Lead and Operations Manager. During your onboarding, you'll engage in training modules designed to help you grow and develop your skills, staying updated on clients’ latest projects, updates, and past releases to better support their gaming community.
👤 About You
- 🗣️ Advanced proficiency in Thai (C1 minimum) and intermediate English (B2 minimum)
- 🎮 Deep gaming knowledge and passion for video games
- 🎮 Owns a PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a modern gaming PC/laptop
- 🧠 Quick learner with initiative and troubleshooting skills
- 🏡 Lives in a dedicated, quiet workspace at home
- (Optional) Experience in customer service is a plus
🖥️ Technical Requirements
- 🧑💻 Minimum internet speed: 15 Mbps download & upload, with international latency
- 💾 At least 8 GB RAM
- 🪟 Windows 11 (all editions except Windows S Mode)
- ⚙️ Processor: CPU Mark of at least 9220 (e.g., Intel i5-8400 or newer; Ryzen 2nd Gen or newer)
- 🎮 GPU: G3D Rating of 4806 or higher (e.g., GTX 760 or better)
- 📱 Smartphone for two-factor authentication, compatible with:
- Android 10.0 or newer
- iOS 16.0 or newer
