Position: English-speaking Galápagos Specialist

As a Galápagos Specialist at Galapatours, you will be selling a dream product: exclusive, sustainable cruises aboard small, luxurious yachts exploring the breathtaking Galápagos archipelago.

Report directly to Micaela, our Director of Booking Platforms, and join a thriving, international team filled with passionate, caring professionals.

Daily Responsibilities 🚤

• Customer Consultation: Advise potential clients, answer questions, and help them plan their trip through email, phone, and video chat.
• Provider Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm prices, secure reservations, and negotiate deals for clients.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote your trips effectively.
• Enhancing Customer Experience: Think creatively about ways to improve clients' journeys before and after their trip.

What You Bring to the Table ✅

• At least 2+ years of successful sales experience with documented results.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and saying "no" when necessary.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for fair, sustainable tourism and business practices.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills as a team player.
• Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and partners.
