Bilingual Clinical Care Coordinator (Chinese) 🌟

Role Responsibilities 📝

• Manage administrative intake: Facilitate patient check-ins and data collection.
• Coordinate with clinics and clinical team: Handle service requests from members and providers effectively.
• Support clinical staff: Assist with setting up documents and triaging cases for Clinical Coverage Review.
• Resolve inquiries: Address and resolve questions or issues from members and providers.

Required Qualifications ✔️

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluency in Chinese and English (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fujianese).
• Educational background: College degree required.
• Experience: At least 1+ year in customer service roles.
• Technical skills: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite:
  • Microsoft Outlook (create, edit, send emails and documents)
  • Microsoft Word (create and edit documents)
  • Microsoft Excel (manage spreadsheets)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit presentations)

Preferred Qualifications ✨

• Experience within the healthcare industry and familiarity with health insurance processes
• Background working in hospitals, physicians' offices, or medical clinics
• Clerical or administrative support experience
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding systems
• Experience working in a call center environment
