Position Overview

The Teller will handle a variety of banking transactions and perform both major and minor duties, ensuring smooth operational flow and excellent customer service. Responsibilities may evolve over time to meet the needs of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept deposits and loan payments 🤝
• Verify cash and endorsements ✔️
• Cash checks within authorized limits 💰
• Obtain additional approval when necessary 📝
• Issue money orders and cashier’s checks 💵
• Redeem savings bonds 💼
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 🎓
• Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal and written) is mandatory 🈵
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills 😊
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions 🧐
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ⚡
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software are preferred 💻
• Prior banking or cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required ⭐

This position is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates.

Note: Fluency in Korean, both spoken and written, is required for all applicants.
