Job Summary

We’re seeking a tech-savvy, hands-on Front-of-House Lead to oversee daily operations, manage online orders, and assist with the hot/cold prep section and assembling Banh Mi and Baos. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, maintains composure under pressure, and brings strong customer service and tech skills to the table. 🚀

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and efficient.
• Handle and coordinate online customer orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Complete daily tasks, maintain your station throughout the shift, and ensure stock is properly managed.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.

Work Schedule & Application Details

Following Hours: Open Availability Tuesday-Saturday. Off on Sunday and Monday.
