American Language Center, Inc. Is Hiring A Front Desk Representative

Join Our Team: Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual for a front desk position in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, are bilingual in English and Russian, and enjoy working with people, this is the opportunity for you! 😊

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide information and support to customers and staff
  • Utilize software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks (a plus)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with customers preferred
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, and a self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or higher

Details & Compensation

🕒 Part-time schedule: 20-30 hours/week between Monday and Friday, 10:30 am - 6:30 pm

💵 Hourly rate: $14 - $18

Benefits include: Retirement plan and dental insurance
