Position Overview 💼

Note: Must be able to confidently speak Chinese.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and adept at communicating comfortably with a diverse clientele in person, over the phone, and via text. This role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, with responsibilities including:

• Client welcome and check-in with a professional, luxury-oriented approach
• Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily calendars
• Responding to inquiries through phone and text to assist with appointments
• Educating walk-in and existing clients on treatments, memberships, and promotions
• Recommending skincare products to support retail sales aligned with client needs
• Processing payments, gift cards, and membership transactions
• Supporting daily spa operations to ensure seamless experiences
• Assisting with social media content and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications ✨

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Previous experience in front desk, scheduling, beauty, or sales (spa, hospitality, or medical office preferred)
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell services and products
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable using booking and POS software
• Ability to operate social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WeChat
