Position Details

• Position: Front Desk Receptionist (Healthcare)
• Location: New York (Bank of America Building, 8th Ave & 55th Street)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Work Environment: In person

What You'll Be Doing 📝

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Update and schedule patient appointments
• Check insurance eligibility
• Assist patients and staff with various administrative tasks
• Receive training if needed—no prior experience required!

Qualifications & Skills 🛠️

• Languages: Mandarin (Required), English (Required)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or reception role is a big plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work full-time shifts effectively
