Join Our Team as a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist at Astrana Health in San Gabriel, CA! 🌟

Are you fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin? We’re looking for a motivated bilingual Front Desk receptionist to become the welcoming face of our imaging center and assist with daily operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Administrator, you will help us deliver exceptional patient care by managing front desk responsibilities at the Synergy Imaging Center.

What You'll Do 📝

• Greet patients and visitors: Welcome individuals entering the office, answer questions, and provide check-in instructions.
• Manage communication: Handle a multi-line phone system, address caller concerns, route calls appropriately, and relay messages to healthcare providers.
• Provide information: Offer accurate details in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain reception area: Keep the space clean and organized.
• Administrative support: Submit treatment authorization requests, perform filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Ensure security: Follow safety procedures and control access at the reception desk.
• Handle communication feedback: Take messages and respond to patient, physician, or pharmacy inquiries.
• Additional duties: Perform other clerical tasks as required and may need to work overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications ✅

• Bilingual fluency: Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Experience: At least 1 year in Front Desk roles within outpatient clinics or specialty care settings

Ideal Candidates 🌟

• Over 1 year of Front Desk experience in radiology or imaging centers
• Previous clerical experience in radiology environments

Working Conditions & Compensation 💼

This position is fully in-person at our clinic located at 506 W. Valley Blvd., Unit #100, San Gabriel, CA 91776.

The target hourly pay range is $21-$23, based on experience and qualifications.
