Position: Front Desk Assistant (Bilingual: Polish & English)

We are a thriving Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice seeking a friendly and organized individual to manage front desk operations in a bilingual environment.

💼 Duties

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls in Polish and English
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
• Check patients in and out
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients

🛠 Skills

• Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written) – required
• No previous medical or dental experience required – training provided
• Previous front desk or customer service experience – preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Professional, friendly, and reliable personality
