Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 🌟 Promote the learning and growth of all students and create a safe, effective classroom environment with cultural proficiency.
• 💬 Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• 🌐 Support teachers in maximizing instructional effectiveness through technology integration, thereby positively impacting student achievement.
• 🤝 Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with administrators, teachers, and other school staff to enhance the instructional program.
• 📝 Perform other professional tasks or duties as assigned by the building Principal and/or designee.

Qualifications

• 🎓 Must hold an appropriate MA DESE License.
• 📚 Successful classroom experience teaching social studies at the middle school level is desired.
• 💡 Experience with current instructional strategies is preferred.
• 📝 Citizenship, residency, or valid work visa is required.
