We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers across various channels.
- Provide professional support, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with team members to maintain seamless service.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Update customer records in our CRM systems accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining high standards.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to enhance customer experience.
🧑💻 Candidate Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in customer service or call centers, preferably within BPO.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and composure under pressure.
