Position Overview 🎯

As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide professional and efficient support to French-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat channels 🎧✉️💬
  • Act as the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience 😊
  • Handle customer requests in a timely, professional manner while maintaining high service standards ⚡
  • Accurately update customer information in internal systems and CRM platforms 🖥️
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary 🚨
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions 📝
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction 🎯

Candidate Qualifications ✅

  • High School Diploma/GED 📜
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) 🗣️✍️
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers, preferably within a BPO environment 💼

  • The ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality 🏆
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or ticketing systems 💻
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure 🧠

Physical Requirements 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️

This role operates in a professional office environment. It involves:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods while using a computer and headset 💻🎧
  • Operating office equipment such as phones, copiers, and printers 📠
  • Occasional movement around the office, reaching, lifting objects up to 40 pounds, and exerting force as needed 🚶‍♂️💪
