French Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated French Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from Romania on a 6-month temporary contract. This role involves assisting customers via email and chat, ensuring excellent service while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through email and live chat for inquiries related to orders, product usage, and account questions
• Meet customer service KPIs and collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Offer feedback and insights to improve products and processes based on customer interactions

✅ Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French
• Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time across different time zones
• Experience in consumer goods, toys, or electronics industries is a plus
