French Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated French Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from Romania on a temporary 6-month contract. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via email and chat in both French and English, while achieving key service performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support through email and live chat for inquiries related to orders, product usage, and account questions
• Meet customer service KPIs and work collaboratively with teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide feedback and insights to improve products and processes based on customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French
• Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus
• Highly organized and capable of managing time effectively across different time zones
• Experience in consumer goods, toys, or electronics industries is a plus
