French Customer Support Specialist (Remote, Romania) - Temporary 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a dedicated French Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from Romania for a six-month contract. In this role, you will communicate effectively with customers via email and chat in both French and English, ensuring high-quality support and meeting service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support through email and live chat for inquiries related to orders, product usage, and account questions.
• Achieve customer service KPIs and work collaboratively with teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve products and processes based on customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time across different time zones.
• Experience in consumer goods, toys, or electronics industries is a plus.
