Role Overview

We're looking for a dedicated Content Writer to produce high-quality, accurate, and SEO-friendly content for our Western Europe Business Unit within the sports and iGaming sectors. If you love storytelling, sports, betting, and data-driven writing, and thrive on transforming ideas into impactful articles, this opportunity is perfect for you! You'll collaborate with our Content Managers, Editors, and SEO specialists to generate content that informs, inspires, and performs across NSN’s extensive network of high-traffic websites. ⚽🎲

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Content Creation

• Write original, high-quality articles based on provided briefs, maintaining the appropriate tone and structure.
• Adapt your style for different markets, audiences, and brands.
• Ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and an engaging, consistent tone.
• Meet content volume and deadlines while preserving editorial excellence.
• Research relevant topics, trends, and operators to deliver up-to-date and reliable information.
• Bring firsthand experience and deep expertise when applicable.

🔹 SEO Integration

• Apply SEO best practices, including keywords, internal links, meta tags, and structured formatting.
• Optimize content for visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to update and enhance existing content.
• Monitor article performance and incorporate feedback to improve future content.
• Review and refresh older content to maintain relevance and authority.

🔹 Collaboration & Feedback

• Work closely with Editors and Content Managers to refine drafts and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain consistent tone and quality across various markets and brands.
• Participate in content workshops and review sessions for continuous improvement.
• Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and new content ideas.

🔹 Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all content complies with editorial, brand, and regulatory standards, especially for iGaming and sports topics.
• Maintain neutrality and accuracy when covering operators, games, or predictions.
• Proofread own work to minimize revisions.
• Stay updated on relevant market regulations, trends, and audience expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent in English and French.
• Extensive experience as a Content Writer, Journalist, or SEO Copywriter, particularly in sports, iGaming, or digital media.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital publishing.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for producing high-quality content.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a bonus.
