Responsibilities

• 📞 Answer customer queries via phone, email, or chat, building trust through empathetic and personalized conversations
• 🎯 Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging professionally and friendly
• 👂 Actively listen to customer concerns, providing support and solutions in line with company policies

Requirements

• 🗣️ Native or near-native proficiency in French
• 🌍 Minimum B2 level in English
• ⏱️ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• 📞 Strong phone handling skills & active listening abilities
• 🧩 Problem-solver with active listening skills
