About the Role

Are you a near-native French speaker, highly motivated, and customer-oriented? We are seeking a dedicated Car Rental Agent to handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a seamless rental experience for clients.

• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve concerns about reservations or rental vehicles.
• Explain insurance coverage, including deductibles and optional add-ons available for extra fees.
• Provide directions to destinations using maps or GPS devices.
• Process rental agreements and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain rental records and prepare daily reports.
