Location: Remote - Wisconsin residents

As a French Bilingual Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist at Morley, you'll support warranty pre-approval programs for a major domestic automotive client.

What to Expect 🔍

  • Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on pre-approval processes.
  • Work primarily through email and queue management to pre-authorize warranty component replacements and review claims.
  • Handle calls from dealers with questions or needing assistance with the app.
  • Contact dealers directly for clarification when necessary.

What You'll Do 🛠️

  • Serve as an expert consultant to dealership service managers on warranty administration and operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in both French and English.
  • Identify areas to reduce warranty waste.
  • Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
  • Support brand quality managers and engineering teams in warranty-related matters.
  • Meet quality and productivity goals by delivering prompt and accurate solutions via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude in all interactions.

  • Proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 35 WPM). Take a free typing test.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • At least one year of customer service experience (e.g., call centers, retail, hospitality).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work during designated hours:
    • Monday–Friday
    • 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. – 3 p.m. Pacific
  • Must reliably stick to the schedule.
  • Works some U.S. holidays; off on Canadian holidays.

Nice to Have 🤝

  • Experience in warranty administration or related areas.

Remote Work Requirements 🖥️

  • Residency in Wisconsin.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • High-speed wired internet connection (cable or fiber).
  • LAN connection between computer and modem/router (no wireless, 5G, or satellite support).
