About the Role

Location: Remote - Wisconsin residents only

What to Expect

  • Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on the pre-approval program.
  • Spend most of your time managing your queue and email, pre-authorizing warranty component replacements and reviewing warranty claims.
  • Answer dealer inquiries via phone and app support, providing assistance as needed.
  • Make follow-up calls to dealers for clarification when necessary.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a technical expert to dealership service managers on warranty administration and service operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in both French and English.
  • Identify and analyze areas to reduce warranty waste.
  • Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
  • Support the client's brand quality managers and engineering teams.
  • Meet quality and productivity goals through your service delivery.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions via calls, chats, emails, and other communications, maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of the automotive dealership environment
  • Professional communication skills in both written and spoken form
  • Negotiation abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong active listening and attention to detail
  • Analytical, organized, and process-oriented mindset
  • Positive self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and deadline management
  • Proficiency with computers and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM (test your skills at typingtest.com)
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience (e.g., call centers, retail, hospitality)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work during standard business hours as specified in the schedule

Nice to Have

  • Experience in warranty administration or related fields

Remote Work Requirements

  • Resident of Wisconsin
  • Secluded and distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet via wired connection (cable or fiber)
  • Computer physically connected to your modem/router using Ethernet cable
  • Wireless, 5G, and satellite internet connections are not supported
