Join a rewarding opportunity supporting automotive warranty processes from the comfort of your home. Morley is looking for a bilingual French-English Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist to assist a major domestic automotive client remotely, based in Wisconsin.

📝 What to Expect
- Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on the pre-approval program.
- Work primarily off the phone, managing your queue and emails to pre-authorize warranty components and review claims.
- Handle incoming calls from dealers with questions or assistance needs regarding the app.
- Make calls to dealers for clarifications when necessary.
🛠️ Your Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert consultant to dealership service managers on warranty administration and service operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both French and English.
- Identify areas for warranty waste reduction.
- Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
- Support the client’s brand quality managers and engineering teams.
- Meet quality and productivity goals by delivering timely solutions via multiple communication channels.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.

🎯 Eligibility Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- At least one year of customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, fast food, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work following hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific
- Must work some U.S. holidays and be off some Canadian holidays.
- Reliable adherence to scheduled hours.

- Wisconsin residency.
- Secluded, distraction-free workspace.
- Internet needs:
