About the Role

Location: Remote – Wisconsin residents only

Are you fluent in both French and English? Do you have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with people? If you understand how auto dealerships operate, this role could be perfect for you!

What to Expect

  • Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on the pre-approval program 🚗
  • Work primarily through email and your queue to pre-authorize warranty components and review claims 📧
  • Occasionally, handle calls from dealers needing assistance or clarification 📞
  • Engage in follow-up calls to resolve issues and ensure proper communication 🔄

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert consultant to dealership service managers regarding warranty administration and service operations 🛠️
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in both French and English 🌟
  • Analyze warranty data to identify waste-reduction opportunities 📊
  • Ensure consistent application of client warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures 📋
  • Support the client’s brand quality managers and engineering teams 🤝
  • Meet quality and productivity goals through timely, accurate solutions 💯
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude across inbound and outbound communications, including calls, chats, and emails 😊

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) 🇫🇷🇺🇸
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
  • Availability to work during standard hours:
    • Monday - Friday
    • 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. – 3 p.m. Pacific
  • Ability to reliably stick to the schedule, including some holidays.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in warranty administration or related fields 📝

  • Residency in Wisconsin 🏡
