About the Role

Location: Remote – Michigan residents

As a French Bilingual Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist at Morley, you'll support the warranty pre-approval process for a leading domestic automotive client.

What to Expect

  • Work closely with automotive dealers on the pre-approval program.
  • Mostly off the phones, managing your queue and email communications to pre-authorize warranty components replacements and review warranty claims.
  • Occasionally, receive calls from dealers seeking clarification or assistance using the app.
  • Follow up with dealers via calls when additional information is necessary.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as an expert consultant to dealership service managers on warranty administration and service operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service in both French and English.
  • Analyze and identify areas to reduce warranty waste.
  • Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
  • Support brand quality managers and engineering teams.
  • Meet quality and productivity goals in your service delivery.
  • Deliver timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound communications (calls, chats, emails).
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude throughout interactions.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) 🗣️📝
  • One or more years of customer service experience (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality) 🎧
  • High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
  • Availability during the following hours:
    • Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Eastern
    • 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central
    • 6 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mountain
    • 5 a.m. – 3 p.m. Pacific
  • Ability to work some U.S. holidays and observe some Canadian holidays.
  • Reliable adherence to schedule.
