About the Role
Location: Remote — Wisconsin residents only
Do you have an analytical mind, enjoy working with people, and understand how auto dealerships operate? If so, this role could be perfect for you. Support our major domestic automotive client by managing warranty pre-approvals and providing exceptional service.
What to Expect
- Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on pre-approval processes.
- Work primarily off the phones, handling email queues to pre-authorize warranty components and review claims.
- Occasionally, answer dealer questions via phone and assist with app submissions.
- Make calls to dealers for clarifications when necessary.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a knowledgeable consultant to dealership service managers on warranty administration and operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service in both French and English.
- Identify potential areas to reduce warranty waste.
- Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
- Support client brand quality managers and engineering teams.
- Deliver services that meet quality and productivity targets.
- Offer timely, accurate solutions through various communication channels with a positive attitude.

Eligibility Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum one year of customer service experience (e.g., call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work during the following hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific
- Availability to work some U.S. holidays and be off on some Canadian holidays
- Reliable adherence to schedule

- Experience in warranty administration or related fields
Remote Work Environment Requirements
- Wisconsin residency
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Internet setup:
