About the Role 🌟
Location: Remote – Wisconsin residents

What to Expect 🚗
- Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on warranty pre-approval programs.
- Work primarily with email and queue management to pre-authorize warranty components and review claims, with minimal phone interaction.
- Occasionally, take calls from dealers seeking clarification or assistance with the app.
- Make follow-up calls to dealers when additional info is needed to resolve issues.
What You'll Do 🛠️
- Serve as an expert consultant on warranty administration to dealership service managers.
- Provide outstanding customer service in both French and English.
- Identify areas for warranty waste reduction.
- Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
- Support brand quality managers and engineering teams.
- Deliver quality services that achieve productivity goals.
- Respond promptly and accurately via calls, chats, emails, and other channels while maintaining a positive attitude.

Eligibility Requirements ✅
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- At least one year of customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work during standard US business hours, with some holidays.
- Reliable schedule adherence.

- Wisconsin residency.
- Secluded, distraction-free workspace.
