About the Role

Location: Remote — Wisconsin residents preferred
Language Requirements: Fluent in both French and English

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a knack for working with people and understanding how auto dealerships operate? If so, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

What to Expect

  • Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on pre-approval programs.
  • Work primarily through email and queue management to pre-authorize warranty component replacements and review claims — mostly off the phones.
  • When needed, assist dealers via calls to clarify their requests or answer questions about the app.
  • Reach out to dealers for additional clarifications, ensuring smooth communication and process flow.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as an expert advisor to dealership service managers on warranty procedures and operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both French and English.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce warranty waste and improve procedures.
  • Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and standards.
  • Support the client’s brand quality managers and engineering teams.
  • Achieve quality and productivity targets through timely solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding support via calls, chats, emails, and other channels, maintaining a positive attitude.

Skills for Success

Required Skills

  • Understanding of the automotive dealership environment.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, including negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Active listening with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and organizational skills; process-oriented approach.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and deadline management.
  • Proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 35 WPM). Take a free typing test.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • At least one year of customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work during the specified hours:
    • Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific.
  • Must be able to work some U.S. holidays and avoid Canadian holidays.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in warranty administration or related fields.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Wisconsin residency.
  • Distraction-free, quiet workspace.
  • Reliable, wired high-speed internet (cable or fiber).
  • Computer connected via Ethernet — wireless and satellite connections aren’t supported.
