About the Role

Location: Remote — Wisconsinites only

Are you fluent in both French and English, have an analytical mind, and enjoy working with people who understand auto dealerships? This position offers a chance to make a real impact in warranty pre-approvals and customer service.

What to Expect

  • Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on pre-approval activities
  • Pre-authorize warranty component replacements and review warranty claims primarily through email and queue management
  • occasionally handle phone inquiries from dealers seeking clarification or assistance via the app
  • Proactively contact dealers to resolve any issues requiring further clarification

What You'll Do

  • Serve as an expert consultant to dealership service managers regarding warranty administration
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in both French and English
  • Analyze warranty data to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency
  • Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures
  • Support client's brand quality managers and engineering teams
  • Meet quality and productivity goals by providing timely, accurate solutions through various communication channels

  • Solid understanding of the automotive dealership environment
  • Professional communication skills (both written and spoken) and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with close attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, process-oriented mindset
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic and punctuality
  • Proficiency with computers & typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) — test your typing skills here

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work scheduled hours:
  • Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific

Note: The role involves working some U.S. holidays and observing Canadian holidays. Reliability in adhering to your schedule is essential.

  • Experience in warranty administration or related fields

Remote Work Requirements

  • Residency in Wisconsin
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office environment
  • Internet setup:
    • High-speed wired internet (cable or fiber)
