About the Role

Location: Remote — Wisconsin residents only

What to Expect

  • Collaborate closely with automotive dealers on pre-approval programs.
  • Manage your workload primarily through email and queue management, pre-authorizing warranty components and reviewing claims.
  • Occasionally handle calls from dealers seeking clarification or assistance with their submissions via our app.
  • Contact dealers directly when additional information is needed to process requests.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a knowledgeable consultant to dealership service managers on warranty administration and operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in both French and English.
  • Identify areas where warranty waste can be reduced.
  • Ensure consistent application of warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
  • Support the client’s brand quality managers and engineering teams.
  • Meet quality and productivity goals through your service delivery.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) ✅
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience (call centers, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work during designated hours:
    • Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. – 3 p.m. Pacific
    • Note: Role includes some U.S. holidays; Canadian holidays may vary. Reliable schedule adherence required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in warranty administration or related fields

Remote Work Requirements

  • Residence in Wisconsin
  • Distraction-free, secluded workspace
  • Internet Setup: Wired high-speed internet (cable or fiber), connected via Ethernet — wireless, 5G, and satellite connections are unsupported.
