Key Responsibilities

• Manage all travel reservations: Oversee domestic and international bookings, including intricate arrangements using Sabre.
• Provide expert advice: Offer consultative support and tailored solutions for VIP travelers, maintaining compliance with company travel policies.
• Operate in a multi-channel environment: Focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

• Languages: Fluency in both Canadian French and English.
• Travel booking expertise: Deep knowledge of booking air, hotel, car, and rail travel.
• Experience: Over 5 years as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sabre (preferred).
• Knowledge of fares: Strong understanding of airfares and ticketing rules for both domestic and international travel.
