Key Responsibilities

• Manage travel bookings: Handle all domestic and international reservations, including complex arrangements using Sabre.
• Provide VIP service: Offer consultative advice and tailored solutions for VIP travelers, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
• Operate across channels: Work in a multi-channel environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and hitting key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

• Language skills: Fluency in both Canadian French and English.
• Travel booking expertise: In-depth knowledge of booking practices for air, hotel, car, and rail travel.
• Experience: Over 5 years as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
• Technical proficiency: Sabre experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of fares: Strong understanding of fare structures and ticketing rules for domestic and international travel.
